Director of Financial Services
This position will oversee and manage the accounting department. It will oversee cash forecasting and management, investments of excess cash, the monthly close process, financial reporting, budgeting, annual audit, accounting for the loan loss reserve, accounts payable, accounts receivable, annual reporting, assist with the creation of board reports, and supervise accounting staff. The role requires a strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and will continue to improve their skills and knowledge while staying current on new accounting standards that may impact our annual audit report. New Beginnings Assessors and Facilitators/Coaches
DCEF seeks contract assessors who can be available on weekdays to travel overnight to congregations to gather data, view facilities, and facilitate an Appreciative Inquiry session with church members. It also seeks contract coaches/facilitators available on weekends with overnight travel to train local church leaders, facilitate small group conversations with church members, and coach leadership teams. Please note that these are contract roles, and you may be asked to do only one service per year or up to five. Contractors are free to accept or reject any proposed services, but are asked to commit to at least one per year. Applications are due April 30. Full job description
