This position will lead vision implementation and organizational accountability to the\u00a0priorities established by the President\/CEO.<\/p>\n<p>The Director of Project Management (DPM) will report to the President\/CEO.<\/p>\n<h2>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Internally executing the strategic vision of the President\/CEO by providing updates across the ministry<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with the Executive Team to determine and prioritize ministry objectives<\/li>\n<li>Manage and streamline processes by mining and analyzing data, and reporting back to President\/CEO<\/li>\n<li>Ensure completion of projects and identify deficiencies or misalignments<\/li>\n<li>Work with President\/CEO and Executive Team to provide feedback to department leaders<\/li>\n<li>Manage efficiency workflow and enhance processes<\/li>\n<li>Drive improvements in effectiveness in all areas and departments of Disciples Church Extension Fund\u00a0(DCEF)<\/li>\n<li>With direction from the President\/CEO, create and oversee data-gathering focus groups across the wider\u00a0church<\/li>\n<li>Support the President\/CEO with adhering to the annual goals and objectives of DCEF<\/li>\n<li>Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the President\/CEO informed of all critical matters<\/li>\n<li>Help in support the ministry through team development and accountability<\/li>\n<li>Plan, coordinate, and prepare meeting agendas as given by the President\/CEO<\/li>\n<li>Attend executive cabinets meetings<\/li>\n<li>May attend meetings on behalf of the President upon request<\/li>\n<li>Passion for social justice and continuing the efforts of the church in Anti- Racism, and Pro-Reconciliation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Supervisory Qualifications:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Mission minded and entrepreneurial<\/li>\n<li>Detailed oriented, analytical, self-starter, and excellent at time management<\/li>\n<li>Possesses strong interpersonal, written\/verbal communication, and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience serving diverse communities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Critical thinker<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinker, business acumen, analytical<\/li>\n<li>Change agent<\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer service<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft suite, Excel, Presentation (i.e., Google, Canva, PowerPoint, Prezi, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Data processor<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong> As assigned.<\/p>\n<h2>Educational Requirements and\/or Experience:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or Master degree (preferred) in Business, Master of Divinity, Operations Management\u00a0or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Project Management certificate (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Communication Proficiency- Written and Verbal<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the work of DCEF and the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Travel<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>This position may travel 10% or less.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Vaccination Policy<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>DCEF has a mandatory vaccination
